TrackWise Developer/ Integration Specialist

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced TrackWise Developer to work in a friendly, energetic, hard-working, and ambitious company providing IT/QA solutions and services to a global client base. You will play a leading role in developing our company’s services providing development, implementation, consultation and determining optimum solutions for our clients. You will work as part of a team liaising closely with Clients, IT Analysts, Process engineers and Operational teams.

Experience:

The role requires a minimum of 5 years working as a developer and analyst performing

Planning, managing and configuring new TrackWise implementations

  • Planning, managing and implementing TrackWise Migrations
  • Installation and configuration of TrackWise, Quality View, Audit Execution Package, Analytics, Crystal Reports, Coordinator and related software
  • Crystal Reports Development
  • Planning, managing and implementing TrackWise Upgrades from version 7.x to 8.x to 9.x to 10.x
  • TrackWise Application Tuning/Performance Optimization
  • Java Web Services and development of interfaces with external systems to facilitate and support onsite deployments
  • SQL Server/Oracle database
  • IIS/Apache Web Server
  • Planning and executing validation & user acceptance testing

Skills :

You will need

  • Excellent Analytical & Business Analysis Skills with experience in application or project management of business and manufacturing applications in the Life Science sector
  • Ability to work with functional teams and business analysts to understand requirements and create/update technical design documents/specifications
  • Knowledge of System Validation and testing methodologies, processes, and tools for testing of functionality, including IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as unit, integration testing
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and fluency in English

Education :

You must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, BIS, Software Engineering or a related field.

Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person with exceptional Oracle DBA skills to be part of the development and growth of our company’s services. They will play a leading role in developing our company’s services providing consultation, support and management and determining optimum solutions for our clients. They will be central to developing our Oracle and other database services and will work closely with colleagues to further the aims of the company.

The Role will include the following duties:

  • Providing Oracle consulting and support services to existing customers both remotely and on-site
  • Providing project management  and project team support in  delivering project documentation and deliverables as required
  • Providing Service Delivery Management and Support
  • Developing and promoting the company’s Oracle services
  • Preparing a support platform for new business
  • Developing Oracle Cloud services

Experience:

The role requires a minimum of 5 years experience as an Oracle DBA. You will be involved in

  • Oracle DBA with extensive knowledge of High Availability (RMAN, Dataguard, RAC), Multitenant databases, Performance Tuning, Patching, Oracle Enterprise Manager
  • Experienced in Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c, 18c and 19c
  • Creation and refresh of data for systems development environments as required and cloning Oracle E-business systems
  • Oracle RAC, including implementation, maintaining and troubleshooting RAC issues
  • Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and 12C, Oracle Business Intelligence 11g and 12C
  • Administering, supporting, updating EBS and cloning EBS and implementing new environments
  • Experienced in Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Application Server , Oracle forms and Reports
  • Oracle certification
  • Experienced in  Windows/Linux/Unix, High Availability, security (FW, IDS/IPS), Multiplatform backup solutions.

Skills:

  • Excellent Analytical & Business Analysis Skills
  • Ability to work with technical teams and business analysts to understand requirements and create/update technical design documents/specifications
  • Ability to work as part of a support team, assisting and mentoring colleagues
