Project Manager Quality Management System

We are recruiting a project manager to manage TrackWise Quality Management Systems implementations within a Life Sciences environment.

The candidate must have strong experience in managing multiple projects concurrently. Duties include defining and documenting project requirements, producing and managing project plans, ensuring project sign off, tracking open issues & risks, working with cross functional team to identify project interdependencies, reviewing project deliverables, managing relationships between internal departments, vendors, product and technical management.

Skills

The candidate must be experienced with validated IT systems such as TrackWise and must have an understanding of Quality Management processes.

The candidate must demonstrate solid technical and business knowledge and be able to handle highly complex problems. They must possess extensive knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC. They must have excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus among various internal stakeholders, including executive management and third parties. They must have customer service orientation combined with the ability to manage relationships between internal and external customers.
Ideally the candidate will have experience working with cross functional teams defining and specifying business requirements. They should have experience of Agile Development Methodology and working closely with Business Development teams.

Education and Experience

PMP Qualifications and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.

6 years’ experience in project management, building and tracking project plans and risk management. Preferred experience in Life Science industry, validation/GxP and TrackWise or equivalent Quality Management System.
